1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 000 ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

000 is a personal data organization tool that indexes your email, files, calendar events, contacts, and messages into a searchable database stored on your device. The app uses AI to classify and organize your data automatically.

Key capabilities include:

• Read-only indexing of Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts
• Local file classification using AI
• Full-text and semantic search across all indexed sources
• Audio transcription and indexing
• Message history indexing

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all your data. 000 indexes your data locally on your device and does not upload, store, or transfer your personal data to our servers. Your indexed database belongs to you and remains on your device at all times.

You can delete your local indexed data at any time by removing the local database. You can revoke access to connected services (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Google API Services

000 accesses Google APIs (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) with read-only permissions. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how Google data is handled.

5. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and your device.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to violate any laws or regulations
• Index data you do not have rights to access
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Use the app to circumvent security measures of connected services

7. AI Classification

AI-powered classification and organization are provided as suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing classifications. The app should not be relied upon as the sole method for organizing sensitive or critical documents.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Since your data is stored locally, you retain access to your indexed data even if the service is temporarily unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

000 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data misclassification, indexing errors, or data loss on your local device.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
