By accessing or using Triple Zero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Triple Zero is an AI-powered file organization service that helps users automatically organize files in their Google Drive. The Service analyzes file metadata and content to suggest and execute organization actions based on user-defined categories ("Spheres").

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Register using a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account

4. Google Drive Access

By using the Service, you grant us permission to:

  • Read files and folders in your designated capture folder
  • Move files between folders in your Google Drive
  • Create folders as needed for organization
  • Read file metadata for classification purposes

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier

The free tier includes organization of up to 50 files per month.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Service to store or organize illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Triple Zero. You retain ownership of all files in your Google Drive. We do not claim any rights to your files.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that file organization will always be accurate. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPLE ZERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Triple Zero harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
